A sample is charged with static electricity, after which the charge decay is measured during a set time period.
A glow wire is heated to a set temperature on which a sample is placed. The result shows how well the material handles such a stress.
The equipment creates a grid pattern which is then measured in a colour spectrophotometer.
With the colour spectrophotometer an accurate colour measurement is possible.
The method simulates how the material changes due to different weather conditions.
With the XRF equipment we can ensure that our recycled raw materials do not contain any heavy metals.
A pendulum hits the specimen and the energy that is absorbed gives a value of a material’s impact strength.
Molten material is pressed through a capillary under a set temperature and load, to measure a material’s flow ability.
With our light microscope we can zoom in on surfaces and cross sections to analyze how a material looks close up.
