Polykemi’s sales department consists of a well-established team of colleagues. A large part of the team works directly against the Swedish market, which is still and has been the largest market since Polykemi was established 1968. Because we are constantly growing in the other markets, we also work directly against some of them. In the rest of the markets, we work closely with our subsidiaries and agents, who often visit customers and potential future clients with our sales representatives.
In total, we currently represent about twenty-five markets worldwide. Therefore, we believe that our view that we are increasingly a “local producer and worldwide supplier” really is true.
Our sales assistants are important in maintaining the practical control and follow-up of all orders, call plans and deliveries. They also have the coordinating role of working closely with both our production department and our transport department.
One of Polykemis’s strengths is frequent personal contacts, you will always meet an experienced and competent staff. Together we have far more than 100 years of experience with customer contacts in general and sales of customized plastic raw materials in particular. This, of course, includes quotes with the lowest possible total cost. It not only means that our customers and potential future clients get a price on their customized plastic compound, but it is always complemented by many other components. Some examples are our technical support, stock keeping and that we are very flexible and offer support for packaging and just-in-time deliveries.
